However, those candidates who want their performance report to be sent to their address are required to send Rs 500/- in the form of crossed Demand Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favor of CEO, Universal Fellowships, Poranki, Vijayawada payble at Vijayawda soon after announcing results of any test.
